Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
For Diploma Trainee (Manufacturing/Operations):
- Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Operate EOT cranes (if certified) and handle shop-floor equipment.
- Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.
For Associate Project Engineer:
- Preparing designs, project controls, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan.
- Identifying and gathering resources necessary to complete the project.
- Collaborating with external contractors and internal teams for testing and commissioning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma Trainee: A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with a minimum of 60% (First Class).
- Associate Project Engineer: BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering streams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
